又称收货单，指当托运人将准备装船的货物送到码头，并由承运人或其办理运输的代理人收讫备运，该承运人或其代理人主要是船上大副根据装载货物的实际情况向托运人签发的一种单证。

大副收据的作用

大副收据的作用如下：

大副签署收货单有以下作用：

①证明货物已经装上船。

②承运人已经收到货物，并开始负责。

③托运人凭收货单换取提单。

④大副在签署收货单时，会认真检查装船货物的外表状况、货物标志、货物数量等情况。如果货物外表状况不良、标志不清、货物有水渍、油渍或污渍等状况，数量短缺，货物损坏时，大副就会将这些情况记载在收货单上。这种在收货单上记载有关货物外表状况不良或有缺陷的情况称为“批注”(remark)，习惯上称为“大副批注”。有大副批注的收货单称为“不清洁收货单”（foul receipt）；无大副批注的收货单则为“清洁收货单”(clean receipt)。凭清洁收货单换取清洁提单，不清洁收货单换取的是不清洁提单。因此，收货单是记载货物交接状况最早的证明。

⑤由收货单签发的提单为已装船提单。
